Interview conversations get their own context template

When you capture an interview, Trace recognizes it and writes it up the way you'd want to read it back: the candidate's background, the questions and answers, clear strengths and concerns, an overall assessment, and the follow-ups. It figures out who is asking and who is answering, so nothing gets crossed.
